Meetings

All meetings include standard table setup. Any non-standard requests may incur additional charges. All staging equipment must be rented through Cinnabar Hills Golf Club. Standard room usage does not include the Museum. Meetings may not begin before 7:30 a.m. We offer three meeting packages:

The Morning Meeting

$250 room rental fee

Applicable tax and 20% service charge will be applied

Meeting must conclude by noon

The Half-Day Meeting

$300 room rental fee

Applicable tax and 20% service charge will be applied

Meeting must conclude by 2 p.m.

The Full-Day Meeting

$500 room rental fee

Applicable tax and 20% service charge will be applied

Meeting must conclude by 4 p.m.

Multimedia Projector

$150 for Morning or Half-day Meeting

$250 for Full Day Meeting

Room Rental fee is waived if you purchase a Breakfast or Lunch buffet for 40 or more attendees
