Cinnabar Hills Golf Club can accommodate tournament groups ranging in size from 20 to 270 players, utilizing all 27 holes if necessary.
Cinnabar Hills Golf Club has been the course of choice for the following organizations:

Contract & Deposit
A deposit of $250, along with the signed contract, is required three weeks from the time you receive the contract in order to secure your reservation. The deposit is refundable up until three weeks prior to the tournament date. The deposit will be applied to your final bill.

Payment Information
Payment is due in full three weeks prior to your tournament date and can be made by check or credit card. If there are additional charges, the tournament will be billed following the tournament date. If there is a credit remaining, a refund check will be mailed out.
Inclement Weather
In case of inclement weather, where the golf course is deemed unsafe or unplayable by Cinnabar Hills' management, the tournament would be able to reschedule the event or get a refund for the payments made. Cinnabar Hills Golf Club has the sole authority to close the golf course if determined unsafe or unplayable.

This payment is based on an estimated expenditure at Cinnabar Hills GC. The final bill will be mailed to the tournament chairperson within one week of the tournament. Prices include per player green fee, cart fee, $5 golf shop credit, range balls and tournament administration fee. Shotguns are available on the weekends.
Minimum Requirements (Shotguns only)
The number of players you expect will participate determines the time of your shotgun. The following table reflects the minimum amount of players that your touranment must commit to, based on the time of your shotgun. The tournament will be responsible for paying for the number of players or the minimum requirement, whichever is higher:

Food Policies (Shotguns)
Cinnabar Hills requires your shotgun tournament to purchase a banquet dinner for all tournament players and volunteers. Your tournament may bring its own food onto the facility to be consumed before or during the round of golf. This food must be distributed at the areas designated by Cinnabar Hills. All food consumed inside our building must be purchased from Cinnabar Hills.
Beverage Policies (Shotguns)
If your tournament is interested in bringing its own beverages (no hard liquor) to be served during the round of golf, there will be a $5.00 per-player charge. Glass bottles are not allowed. All beverages consumed inside our building (except wine) will be purchased from Cinnabar Hills. The tournament may bring its own wine, to be served before or with dinner, at the cost of $8.00 per 750-ml bottle. A 20% gratuity will be applied to these charges.
